Yoga & Wellness
Hygge is about connection. We believe in caring for yourself and loving others. We offer support for the mind, body and spirit through weekly Yoga class guided by Nikki Chilton, RYT200 and monthly Wellness chats. Yoga is currently available on Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm. Space is limited, register ahead of class to secure your place.
